Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

This program caters to some of the highest-risk patients in the community. The 24-week program equips participants with essential skills to live in the present, manage stress in healthy ways, regulate their emotions, and foster better relationships with others. This program is provided on a sliding fee scale, ensuring that nobody is excluded due to financial hardship.
