Our Group Programs
When Love Hurts
A free 12-week online program for women who feel unsafe, controlled, or diminished in their relationships, whether they identify it as abuse or not. Sessions are led by professional, trauma-informed therapists in a small-group format, so women can connect with others who understand, without ever needing to leave home, arrange childcare, or explain where they’re going to a partner.
Pain in the Arts
A group program using art and mindfulness for pain management in a small class setting (max 8 people). The group meets weekly in Ladner and welcomes people over the age of 18 experiencing daily chronic pain or prolonged illness. No art experience necessary.
Queer Youth Mental Health
A free group support program for queer and questioning youth under 25 to connect, learn, and grow, alongside others who understand what you’re going through. The group meets weekly in North Delta and focuses on creating a supportive community, education on mental health and other relevant topics, and helping members process their experiences.
Queer Youth Parent Support
A free online support group specifically for parents and caregivers of Queer youth under 25. It’s a drop-in space to process what you're feeling, ask the questions you're not sure are okay to ask, and connect with other parents figuring this out alongside you.
DBT Group
Also known as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, this 24-week group program is for participants who find it hard to manage stress, conflict, or intense emotional reactions, regardless of whether they’ve had a formal diagnosis. Participants learn essential skills to live in the present, manage stress in healthy ways, regulate their emotions, and foster better relationships with others.
MenTOR NEW
Voluntary abuse intervention groups for men struggling with trauma, violence, and unhealthy patterns of relationships. The program will help men learn healthy coping mechanisms in order to help create healthy relationships with their partners and families.
