Yoga Nidra, or psychic sleep, is a deep relaxation technique and meditation. Yoga Nidra aims to experience the state between sleeping and waking. The practitioner lies in a comfortable position, often wrapped in a blanket with eyes closed and is guided into a deep state of conscious awareness sleep.
